Durable Design: Our non-reflective ceramic pavement markers feature a convex top surface with a smooth curvature, ensuring a sleek appearance and effective performance on the road. The top, bottom, and sides are crafted to be free from any marks or discolourations that could impact their adhesion or overall appearance.
Enhanced Adhesion: The markers are designed with special integrally formed protrusions or indentations on the bottom surface, which increase the bonding surface area for adhesive application. This ensures a secure and long-lasting installation, with the bottom surface maintaining precise flatness, deviating no more than 0.05 inches from a flat plane.
High-Quality Materials: Made from a heat-fired vitreous ceramic base with a heat-fired opaque glazed surface, our markers are crafted using a mix of premium clays, shales, talcs, flints, feldspars, and other inorganic materials. This composition guarantees that the markers are robust, evenly matured, and free from any defects that could affect their appearance or functionality.
